Refund Policy

At Prestren Group, we are dedicated to supply top quality and wholesome natural products to health conscious individuals all over the world. But if you are not wholly pleased with your purchased product, our company provides a 30 days reimbursement guarantee from your date of purchase. Our refund policy does not include shipping charges and the customer has to bear the cost of the return of the products. At the same time, in order to be eligible to receive a full refund, you must make sure that the article to be returned is in pristine condition and in its original packaging along with documents showing the purchase.

However, if the time period for return of the purchased product expires by 15 days, you can still return the product but we will offer only a partial refund. As per company policy, we will deduct a certain percentage as restocking fee from your full amount before refunding the remaining amount. The reimbursement will be send to you through the original mode of payment upon receipt of the product by our shipping department. Company will not entertain refund requests after a lapse of 60 days from the date of purchase.

Damaged or faulty goods that are sent back within fourteen days will be exchanged by the company at no extra cost. Likewise, incorrect orders or purchases by our organization will be immediately replaced without any additional charge to customers or the concerned customer will be provide with a complete reimbursement of the original charge.

The different categories of returns that we entertain are the following:

• Damaged goods: If you receive goods that have been damaged during transportation, you should get in touch with our customer care representative immediately.

• Wrong goods: In case we sent you the wrong product, simply notify our customer service team in order to avail of a replacement.

• Unused goods: We also entertain return request for products wrongly ordered by customers. Under such circumstances, we provide a refund if the unopened good is returned to the company within seven days of shipping. The company will not bear the postage cost; it has to be borne fully by the customer.

• Faulty goods: In case the product received by our customer exhibits manufacturing defect, our company allows such return of faulty items. Accordingly, we direct our customer to send back the defective item to the maker in conformity with the return policy of the manufacturer. The manufacturer will then put in place any reimbursement, refurbishment or replacement due under the return policy.
